PAN EAST GENERAL CONTRACTING LTD, is an Iraqi company, originally formed in the 1980’s through that takeover of the local activities of an international contracting company in Qatar which had been active since 1976, at that time the complete local management, staff and equipment of the European company were acquired and activities continued on the same scale, with emphasis on engineered constriction only.
